REVA Kids brings advanced pediatric and NICU-level care into the air, keeping your child safe and stable until reaching their next care team.
Here’s how our team provides safe transfers for even the most fragile patients:
Stabilization Before Takeoff
Our neonatal and pediatric specialists work with the referring hospital to:
- Stabilize the infant or child
- Prepare equipment
- Make sure the patient is ready for transport
- Provide real-time medical direction and critical interventions when needed
Continuous Cardiorespiratory Monitoring
Our onboard care teams provide respiratory support designed for fragile lungs, including:
- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- High-frequency ventilation (HFV)
- Warmed, humidified respiratory gases that protect delicate airways and stabilize body temperature
Neonatal & Incubator Transport
Our neonatal care teams keep fragile newborns stable during flight, protecting their lungs and maintaining a stable body temperature using:
- Transport Isolettes
- Baby Pod System
If stable for transport, we can safely transfer infants as young as 12 hours old, including premature infants born as early as 28 weeks gestation.

- Video-assisted airway management
- Umbilical line placement
- Needle thoracostomy
- Chest tube insertion
- Blood product administration when needed
Precise Dosing & Medication Administration
Our aircraft carry infusion and syringe pump systems designed for neonatal micro-dosing, allowing us to safely administer medications in the air.

Portable laboratory equipment allows our teams to perform tests during flight, making immediate treatment decisions based on:
- Hemoglobin testing
- Blood gas analysis
