REVA works with families to coordinate insurance coverage and help reduce out-of-pocket costs whenever possible.
Can family members accompany the patient
Yes. A family member may be able to fly with the patient if the air medical team determines it is safe.
REVA understands that having a familiar face nearby can bring comfort, and our team will do everything possible to accommodate a companion.
What if my loved one’s condition changes before the flight?
REVA’s team reviews the patient’s condition before the flight and plans around their current medical needs. If the situation changes, the care plan, crew, equipment, or timing may be adjusted when possible.
The goal is to make sure the flight plan reflects the patient’s condition, not just the original request.
